Private Practice — Est. 2016 · Private Counsel for Those at a Turning Point in Life

Something needs to change.
You already know it.

I work exclusively with those ready to commit. The conversation begins when you do.

The Practice

I

A private practice,
not a programme.

Debel Noir & Co. offers considered counsel to a small number of people at a time. The work is direct, confidential, and unhurried — shaped around the person in front of me rather than a curriculum.

There is no syllabus, no tier, no waiting list to perform belonging to. Only the conversation, and what follows from it.

Methodology

II

Three movements. Understand, explain, change perspective.

I

Understand

Before anything changes, the situation is seen clearly — without flattery and without alarm. We begin with what is actually true. Nothing here is solved yet. It is only made honest.

II

Explain

Understanding is made legible. The pattern beneath the problem is named, so that it can be worked with rather than endured. What can be named can be moved. What stays unnamed only repeats.

III

Change Perspective

What felt fixed becomes a matter of choice. The vantage point shifts — and with it, a great deal that sits downstream of it. The problem is not removed. It is outgrown.

None of this is technique. It is the order in which true lasting change becomes possible.

Private Consultation

One right conversation can change your perspective.

Admission is by referral. A first conversation is complimentary and without obligation — its only purpose is to determine whether the work is right for you.
